Junya Watanabe launched his eponymous line in conjunction with Comme des Garcons in 1993 after working as a designer for the brand prior. Watanabe's designs reference punk and romantic aesthetics and the method of deconstruction. Crafted from a heavyweight poly-wool fabrication, the Polyester Wool Herringbone Jacket showcases a workwear-style silhouette, featuring a collared neckline and a button down closure, finished with various pocket detailing at the front.
